Our “Love It or Return It” Policy

We offer a 30-day return and exchange window from the day your package arrives at your door. Whether you’re in the US or Europe, we want you to have plenty of time to decide if your new dress is “the one.”

How to Start a Return

We’ve kept it simple because we know you have better things to do (like planning your next getaway!).

1. Drop us a line: Send a quick hello to our friendly team at mymoongirlgym@outlook.com with your order number.

2. Tell us why (optional): We love hearing your feedback! It helps us make our designs even better for you.

3. Send it back: We’ll provide you with the return instructions. All we ask is that the items are unwashed, unworn, and still have their original tags attached.

Easy Exchanges

Found the perfect dress but need a different size? We’ve got you! Exchanges are always free—we’ll cover the shipping cost of sending the new size out to you because we’re committed to finding your perfect fit.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund immediately. You’ll see the credit back on your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank.

A Few Tiny Details

• Shipping Costs: While we’d love to cover everything, original shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is covered by the customer (unless the item arrived damaged—then it’s on us!).

• Sale Items: Items marked as “Final Sale” are yours to keep, as they aren’t eligible for return or exchange.
